MindEscapes® is an exclusive members-only innovation club and luxury retreat in the Nilgiri Hills, bringing together founders, creators, and business leaders through curated experiences, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
The project combined experiential hospitality with a unique environment designed to help members step away from their day-to-day routines to think, create, and connect.
The engagement began with building the MindEscapes® brand from the ground up, including its visual identity, website, member onboarding experience, launch communication, and marketing assets.
Over time, the relationship grew to include several other businesses, restaurants, CSR initiatives, and corporate programs led by the same founder.

Project & Account Management
Built and maintained a trusted client relationship spanning more than 8 years
Served as the primary point of contact, managing projects from planning and briefing to creative execution and final delivery
Managed branding, websites, and communication for MindEscapes® and seven other businesses within the same group, including Celeste, Xin, Anma, Doggy Bakery, Hill of Flowers, AdvantEdge, and Club Social
Managed branding and communication for Dubai-based businesses including EasiDesi and XoloPay, which partnered with MindEscapes® to provide concierge services
Coordinated cross-functional teams, external partners, and parallel workstreams across multiple projects
Creative & Design
Contributed to the creative direction and visual identity of MindEscapes®
Led creative execution across the website, member onboarding experience, launch communication, marketing campaigns, and brand collaterals
Provided creative support across several businesses, helping build distinct identities based on their purpose and audience
Business Development
Worked closely with the founder and stakeholders to understand new business ideas and help bring them to life
Prepared technical and commercial proposals while onboarding new businesses, partners, and projects
Supported the launch of several businesses, restaurants, CSR initiatives, and corporate programs over an 8-year association
