Project Details

Location: India
Industry: Public Sector & Social Impact
Scope: Campaign

During the COVID-19 outbreak in India in 2020, the rapid spread of misinformation and lack of access to reliable sources created widespread confusion and uncertainty. The COVID-19 Awareness Campaign was a nationwide public health initiative led by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Govt. of India), in collaboration with Population Foundation of India (PFI) and Facebook India, focused on awareness, safety, and verified public communication.

As creative partners onboarded by PFI, the scope involved developing awareness materials designed to educate the people about COVID-19, safety measures, and official updates while promoting clarity and responsible information sharing.

It also covered a wide range of topics including mental health awareness, work from home guidance, support for children and senior citizens, and region-specific communication for diverse communities across India. The project required fast-paced execution, multilingual adaptations, and timely dissemination of information during a rapidly evolving public health crisis.
