Population Foundation of India (PFI), with funding support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, aimed to bring its transmedia social and behaviour change communication show, Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon (MKBKSH), from Doordarshan National into the digital space through a conversational AI experience.
SnehAI was developed as an AI-powered chatbot platform built around the trusted persona of Dr. Sneha, the show’s protagonist, creating a safe, personalised, and non-judgemental space for young people to access information around reproductive health, family planning, digital safety, and online exploitation. The platform was designed primarily for low-income and rural audiences using a relatable Hinglish conversational style for ease of understanding.
The project involved building the brand identity and visual language, character design, chatbot illustrations, UI/UX systems, and social media presence to drive awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

Contributed to building the brand identity and visual language of SnehAI
Created character-based chatbot illustrations to improve accessibility and understanding
Designed the user interface and user experience for the platform website
Oversaw social media management, communication strategy and content mix
Led end-to-end design creation across digital platforms and promotional assets
Led paid promotions across Facebook Ads, Google Display Ads, and retargeting ads using AdRoll to drive chatbot engagement and website visits
Project & Account Management
Led creative discussions with stakeholders to define project objectives
Created technical and financial proposals and onboarded the client
Worked closely with PFI, chatbot development teams, and web developers to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination
Oversaw workflows and delivery coordination across the project
Prepared performance review reports as part of the ongoing retainer engagement
